1. Resort Booking Refunds

- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 2 days of the check-in date may receive a refund minus a cancellation fee of 40%.
- No Refund: Cancellations made on the check-in date or in the case of a no-show are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds for early check-out requests are subject to management approval. Any refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of the booking, minus applicable fees.

If a booking is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the guest’s control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), Adu’s Farm may provide a full or partial refund at its discretion.
