Terms for Farm Use

2.1. Booking Policy

• All reservations must be made through our website, by phone, or at the farm
• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
• Changes or cancellations to reservations are subject to our Cancellation Policy (see Section 2.4).

2.2. Check-In and Check-Out

• Standard check-in time: 2 PM to 4 PM
• Standard check-out time: 12 PM to 1 PM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

2.3. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must provide valid identification at check-in (if Needed).
• You are responsible for your belongings.
• Adus Farm is not liable for loss or theft.
• Guests must comply with all farm rules, including noise and conduct regulations.

2.4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 2 days of check-in may incur a cancellation fee of 40%.
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

2.5. Use of Resort Facilities

• Use of resort facilities is at your own risk.
• Guests must follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by resort staff.
• Childrens must be supervised by an adult.

General Terms

3.1. Force Majeure

Adus Farm is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.

3.2. Privacy

3.3. Dispute Resolution
